Use of Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedure

Products that comply with the return conditions must be safely packaged in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the cargo and sent to the return address specified below together with the invoice/waybill sent with it.

For the purchases made on behalf of the company, a "product return invoice" must be sent for the product to be returned or exchanged for a different product. Products without a product return invoice will not be received.


Information on the Use of the Right of Withdrawal:

1. Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, using his right of withdrawal. However, in order for some purchased products to be returned due to their hygienic and technical characteristics; The package or packaging must be unopened and therefore unused. The return of such products will only be possible with their original boxes. Please carefully read the sales page for each product for the return procedure. 

2. The specified contracted courier company should be used for free return and/or exchange of the purchased product.  Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

3. Notification of the right of withdrawal and other notifications regarding the Contract will be sent via our e-mail and/or communication channels specified on the website. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify the Seller within the period in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and the right of withdrawal option on the website.

4. In accordance with the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller (Products in the category of jewellery, gold and silver)

b) In contracts for the delivery of goods, which are prepared in line with the wishes of the consumer or expressly his personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, which are in danger of spoiling quickly or whose expiration date is likely to expire.

c) From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; in contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.

d) In contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

e) In contracts regarding books, audio or video recordings, software programs and computer consumables offered in material media, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened by the consumer.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription contract.

g) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure time use for entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period.

h) Contracts for the performance of betting and lottery related services

ı) Before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, in the contracts regarding the services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer.

i) In contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and the goods/services subject to the contract, which are excluded from the scope of application of the Distance Contracts Regulation (regular deliveries of the seller, foodstuffs, beverages or The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised because the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts cannot be applied to the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

How long does the buyer have to return the product?

The buyer can use his right of return by sending his request for return in writing to our e-mail address ( within 14 days after receiving the product. Along with the product, the invoice/waybill, the box of the goods, its packaging, standard accessories, if any, and other products gifted with the Product must be returned in a complete and undamaged package. After the product arrives completely and undamaged, the product price will be returned to the Buyer's card. However, in cases that are not in accordance with the original, damaged, damaged and contrary to the special return conditions of the relevant products, the return will not be accepted and the price of these products will not be refunded.
How can I return the product if it is damaged, missing or different from what was advertised? Pursuant to the legislation, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur if the buyer uses the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use within the withdrawal period (14 days from the date of delivery in transactions related to the sale of goods, from the date of purchase in transactions related to the sale of services). The buyer will be responsible for deterioration due to unusual use, and in this case, the seller may not approve the return.

The products will be delivered to you by the contracted private cargo company. In case of noticeable damage, impact, or breakage in the product package or the product, you must have the courier officer prepare a damage report. Courier officers are obliged to keep a record for damaged couriers. On the contrary, you must immediately notify us of any situation.
In cases where the courier officer does not issue documents, minutes or minutes, you can return the product to the officer without receiving it, or you can receive it by checking it at the courier branch.
If you do not have the damage assessment document issued, it is not possible to prove that the problem in the product is caused by the seller or the courier. Therefore, you must keep a record.
In case of noticeable damage, impact, or breakage in the courier package or product, you must issue a damage report to the cargo officer.
You can return the product to the officer at the door without taking delivery by keeping a report. If your product is missing, defective, defective, damaged or different from the one specified, you can use your right to return it.

How many types of return procedures are there?

How do I send the product I want to return?

When the product arrives to you, it is necessary to fill the product return form with the courier company that came to you to receive the product by packing it as it was packaged or equivalent to it and send it to the seller's address on the invoice. Returns of specially packaged or boxed products will only be accepted in the same condition as sent.

I damaged the package of the product, can I still return it?
In accordance with the legislation, the decrease in the value of the product or the existence of a reason that makes it impossible to return does not prevent the use of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in the value of the product or the impossibility of return is due to the buyer's fault, he must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the product. The refund is made as the total amount. Your card limit will be opened up to the refund amount.
